Well I hope that would not be the case, after-all the saints believed God created man and woman in his own image. We were not given a suitcase of clothes from God when born, clothes are man-made and nudity is certainly no sin.
I agree with you. It is just the positioning of both of the statures and the expressions on their face that I found amusing.
I have enjoyed your last set of photos very much because of the setting. I love medieval Elizabethan and Victorian setting and architecture. The photo shoots I have done have been in 'full kit' as it were. my wife and some friends posed in considerably less.
A priestess of Athena, nervous as she approached to speak to the goddess. She had fallen in love and wished to speak of leaving the order that she may see the rest of her days with one whose gaze she had come to treasure even above that of the goddess she served.
Interesting interpretation and it does in part match my intentions for these shots. I wanted purity, dignity and humility, she is not aware of her status yet; she is only aware that she carries a precious secret within her.
Wonderful capture, it reminds me of an old painting! I also like that your physic reminds me a lot of the ancient beauties, it's lovely to see and it compliments this photo so much. The composition a amazing and I like the tones so much. All in all, delightful work!
